New Computer Installations
Provides for coordination and setup of desktop and laptop computers and required
peripherals, including installation and setup of standard software images and
inventory tracking.
Computer Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair
Provides for troubleshooting and repair of standard computer equipment and peripherals,
coordination and tracking of units sent to the manufacturer and other vendors
for repair, parts ordering and maintaining spare parts inventory.
Computer Equipment Moves and Swaps
Includes scheduling, planning, move preparation and testing of standard computer
equipment and peripherals, computer re-imaging and manual software installs as
necessary to complete individual and group moves and/or swaps.
Computer Equipment Hardware Upgrades
Includes evaluating users' needs and hardware/software requirements to suggest
the optimum hardware configuration, as well as coordinating ordering, installation
and testing of individual hardware upgrades.
Custom Computer Hardware and Software Configurations
Includes setup and configuration, primarily of peripheral devices (i.e. scanners,
printers, etc.) and associated software drivers.
Technology Upgrades
Provides for coordination of company-wide computer hardware upgrades, including
conducting an inventory of equipment to be upgraded, inventory management, equipment
de-installation and removal and new equipment configuration and installation.
Obsolete Equipment Preparation and Removal
Includes scheduling, planning and inventorying computer equipment to be donated
as well as reformatting computer hard disks of obsolete equipment and delivery
to customer-specified destinations.
Special Projects
Provides for customized services related to standard computer hardware and software.
